Goal Setting

Goal setting is one of the easiest things to do in life, you simply say, "I'm going to do this" or "I will achieve that", but somehow you lose track of your goal along the way. Have you ever set a goal at the beginning of the year or a week, and then the next day you hit the ground running, your pressing toward your goal and nothing can stop you! And then you miss a day or you don't get all that you wanted to get done; and after a little while you completely lose sight of your goals and are no longer moving toward them, in fact you feel as if you are moving backwards. Here are some tips to help you accomplish your goals....

The key to success in fulfilling your goals are simply:
1. Set REALISTIC goals for yourself- most of the time we shoot for these super great goals because we feel invincible, your still a human so get real and set goals you know are achievable.
2. Tell others about your goal- the more your friends know about your goal, the more likely you are to complete it.
3. Each day set a small goal- setting a small goal for the day is a great way to chip away at the ultimate goal.
4. Get Up!!!- sometimes we get discouraged when we miss a beat or a small goal for the day, hey that's life so get up, wipe the dirt off of your knees, and get ready for tomorrows new goal.
5. Logging- another step for accomplishing your goals is to write down what you have completed each day, this will help keep you motivated to keep moving tomorrow.

Remember, you can do it! Get out there, set a goal and accomplish it to the best of your abilities!
